Account Registration
Eligibility and age verification
- Minimum age and location: You may open an Account only if you:
- are at least 18 years old; and
- are ordinarily resident in, and physically located in, the United Kingdom (or such parts of the UK as we may lawfully accept from time to time) when placing Bets.
- One account policy: You may hold only one Account with Ls Bet. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any Bonuses cancelled. We may require you to reconfirm your identity if we suspect duplicate or linked accounts.
- Prohibited users: You must not open an Account or place Bets if:
- you are included in the GAMSTOP self-exclusion register or have self-excluded with us; or
- you are accessing the Website from a jurisdiction where online gambling with us is illegal; or
- you are an employee or contractor of the Operator or any group company, or otherwise prohibited by our internal policies.
Registration process and KYC
- Information you must provide: When opening an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and other details requested on the registration form. You confirm that the information provided is true and will promptly update it if it changes.
- Verification documents ("KYC"): In line with UKGC regulations and affordability guidance, we may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address, payment methods and source of funds (for example: passport or national ID, utility bill, bank statement, proof of income or wealth). You agree to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe. Until verification is completed, we may:
- restrict deposits and/or Bets;
- withhold withdrawals; and/or
- suspend your Account.
- Affordability and responsible gambling checks: We operate under strict UKGC affordability and anti-money laundering ("AML") guidelines. Where our monitoring suggests that your gambling may be unaffordable or otherwise risky, we may request additional information, set limits, restrict your Account, or close it to comply with regulatory obligations.
Account security and user obligations
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password, security questions and any other Account credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account unless we accept that it has been compromised through no fault of your own.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account details have been compromised or that any unauthorised access has occurred, you must:
- change your password immediately; and
- contact our customer support via the Website without delay.
- Use of your own funds and methods: You may only fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own name. It is prohibited to use third-party payment instruments or to allow any third party to access or use your Account.
- Accuracy of data: Providing false, misleading or incomplete information, or failing to update your details, may result in suspension or closure of your Account, voiding of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses and, in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General betting principles
- Acceptance of Bets: A Bet is deemed accepted only when it appears in your betting history as "Placed" or equivalent, and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your Account. If any disagreement arises between the data on your screen and our server records, our server records will prevail, subject to IBAS or regulatory review.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or game may have specific minimum and maximum stakes or payouts, which are displayed on the bet slip, game information panel or help files. We reserve the right to impose or amend stake and payout limits at our discretion in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Bet validity and settlement: Bets must be placed before the relevant event starts, unless explicitly offered as in-play/live betting. Bets will be settled according to:
- our sports betting rules and market-specific terms; or
- the rules of the relevant game provider for casino and live casino games.
Errors, voids, cancellations and modifications
- Obvious errors ("palpable errors"): If a Bet is accepted at odds, terms or payouts that are clearly incorrect due to an obvious technical or human error (for example, inverted prices, missing handicap, or a materially wrong line), we may declare the Bet void or settle it at the correct market price that would reasonably have been available at the time. We will act fairly and in line with UKGC expectations.
- Technical failures: If a Bet is interrupted due to a technical failure (such as loss of connectivity or server crash) but has been correctly recorded by our systems, the Bet will stand. If a Bet has not been recorded as placed, it will not be considered valid. For casino or slot games, if a game round is interrupted, the outcome may be completed automatically on the server; the final outcome will be reflected in your balance once connectivity is restored.
- Customer requests to cancel or change Bets: Once a Bet has been accepted, you have no right to cancel or change it unless we offer a specific feature allowing cash-out or edit of Bets for that market and that feature is available at the time you request it. The availability and value of cash-out is at our discretion.
- Suspended or void events: If an event is cancelled, abandoned or declared void in accordance with our rules or the rules of the relevant governing body, affected Bets may be settled as void with the stake returned to you, or may stand as part of multiples in accordance with the applicable rules.
Conduct in live casino, chat and responsible play
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not:
- use abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic, defamatory, obscene or otherwise offensive language in chat or communications;
- harass, threaten or abuse dealers, other players or staff;
- collude with others, use automated systems, exploit software bugs, or engage in any form of cheating or fraud; or
- promote other gambling sites or commercial products in chat.
- Fairness of games: All games are provided by regulated suppliers and are designed to be fair and random, subject to extensive testing and certification. Return-to-player ("RTP") information is available in each game's help section.
- Responsible gambling tools: You are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools we provide, which may include:
- deposit limits;
- loss limits and session time reminders;
- time-outs; and
- self-exclusion via our systems and/or GAMSTOP.
Bonus Terms
General bonus provisions
- Separate bonus terms: Each Bonus or Promotion will be subject to specific terms displayed on the relevant offer page, including eligibility, Wagering Requirements, time limits, game restrictions and maximum winnings. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail over this section.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to verified Players resident in the UK who hold a valid Account. We may restrict certain offers to particular segments of Players, and may limit or withdraw offers at our reasonable discretion to comply with UK advertising and consumer protection rules.
- Bonus abuse: We reserve the right to withhold, reclaim or cancel Bonuses and associated winnings where we reasonably suspect:
- multiple account abuse;
- collusion or syndicate play;
- manipulation of software, odds or game mechanics;
- using low-risk betting to meet Wagering Requirements disproportionately; or
- other behaviour that constitutes abuse of a Promotion.
Activation, wagering and expiry
- Activation: Some Bonuses require you to opt in, enter a promo code, or meet a qualifying condition (for example: making a minimum deposit or placing a qualifying Bet at specified odds). Details will be clearly communicated on the Website.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated:
- deposit match casino Bonuses will typically be subject to a Wagering Requirement (for example: 20x - 40x the Bonus amount);
- free spins may credit winnings as Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements; and
- sports free bets are usually stake-not-returned, with any winnings credited as Real Money or Bonus Funds as stated in the specific terms.
- Timeframes: Each Bonus will state a validity period (for example, you may have 7 - 30 days from crediting to complete Wagering Requirements). Bonuses and any associated Bonus Funds that remain unused or uncleared after the stated period will expire and be forfeited. All promotional timeframes referenced on the Website are set with reference to calendar years including and beyond 2026.
- Game and stake restrictions: Certain games or bet types may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate towards Wagering Requirements (for example, low-risk roulette bets, equal-money bets, or particular slots). Where this applies, it will be clearly stated in the Bonus terms.
Prohibited actions and combining promotions
- Prohibited play patterns: You must not:
- place minimal-risk bets to unlock Bonuses and then place high-risk bets with your Real Money Balance;
- use strategies designed specifically to exploit Bonuses (e.g. hedging bets across multiple accounts or operators); or
- transfer value between Players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active new customer or welcome Promotion is allowed per Player, household, IP address, payment method or device. Some offers may not be available if you have opted into another Promotion.
- Cash-out and Bonuses: Where you cash out a Bet that contributed to the qualification or Wagering Requirements of a Promotion, that Bet may not count towards the Promotion. Details will be stated in the Promotion terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: We generally accept deposits by:
- debit cards issued in the UK (for example Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit); and
- selected e-wallets or online payment services, where permitted by UKGC regulations.
- Ownership of funds: You must only use payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or cards in the name of a third party may be rejected, returned or frozen pending verification.
- Fees and limits: We do not typically charge fees for deposits, although your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and/or per day will be shown on the Website. We may set individual limits based on affordability, AML or risk assessments.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods and process: Withdrawals will, where possible, be made to the same payment method used for deposit (the "return-to-source" principle). If this is not possible, we may require an alternative method that we deem appropriate and compliant with AML obligations.
- Processing times: We aim to review and process withdrawal requests promptly. Internal processing may typically take up to 24 hours on Business Days, although it may take longer where additional checks are required. Once processed, the time taken for funds to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider (usually between 1 - 5 Business Days).
- Verification before payout: We may delay or withhold withdrawal requests until all KYC, AML and affordability checks are satisfactorily completed. This may include verifying your identity, address, payment methods, source of funds, and resolving any outstanding investigations regarding fraud or bonus abuse.
- Fees, limits and currency: We may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per period. These will be set out on the Website. We do not generally charge withdrawal fees, but we reserve the right to pass on any third-party charges (for example bank transfer fees) where this is fair and clearly disclosed.
Refunds, chargebacks and negative balances
- Refunds: Once a deposit has been used to place Bets, refunds are generally not available. We may, at our reasonable discretion and where permitted by law, consider a refund of unused deposits where a Player has not placed any Bets and requests closure for responsible gambling reasons.
- Chargebacks: You agree not to request or initiate chargebacks on deposits made to your Account without a genuine legal basis. Where a chargeback is made, we may:
- deduct the amount of the chargeback and any related fees from your Account balance;
- void any Bets and Promotions associated with the relevant deposits; and
- close or suspend your Account and report the matter to relevant authorities and agencies.
- Bonus and Bet reversals: Where Bets are voided or Bonuses cancelled in accordance with these Terms, we may adjust your balance to remove winnings or restore stakes as appropriate. If your Account shows a negative balance following such adjustments, you shall promptly repay any amounts incorrectly credited to you.
Limitation of Liability
Our obligations and fairness
- Duty of care: We will provide the Website and our services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with:
- these Terms and any applicable game or market rules;
- our UKGC licence conditions and codes of practice; and
- relevant consumer protection legislation in force in the UK.
- Fairness of games and results: We take reasonable steps to ensure that all Bets are settled correctly and that casino and live casino games function as intended, using certified random number generators and approved software providers.

- loss of profits, business, revenue, contracts, or anticipated savings;

- interruptions, delays or failures in telecommunications, the internet, or your equipment;
- technical faults or software errors beyond our reasonable control; or
- any Force Majeure Event.
- Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, our aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed:
- the amount of the relevant stake or Bet in dispute; or
- where the dispute does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of: (a) your net deposits during the six months preceding the incident; and (b) £10,000.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
